reasonable stay overall
friendly staff varied breakfast blackout curtains hot room working air conditioning small window
the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the breakfast food was varied. it was delicious as well. blackout curtains helped me get a good sleep.
the room was overly hot. there was no working air conditioning . i was told it could not be switched on because it was early in the year.. there was only one small window. it looked onto a narrow well, so it was always dark.

unrenovated bathroom low water pressure
The bathroom didn't match the room. it wasn't renovated at all. it was very small, and i noticed dried paint in the bathtub plus some very rough joints. there wasn't much water pressure in the bathtub, and i found some hairs that weren't mine. the fire alarm went off at 7:00 am ! the reception's answer was, "it's not our fault, guests smoke in their rooms," with no offer of compensation. i was disappointed.

clean room complimentary mini bar free snacks
my twin room was cleaned daily of four nights. the complimentary mini bar included beverages that were restocked each day. the free snack area from 2pm to 12pm was a plus. i found the internet to be super fast.
I could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. Doors banged and i heard cleaners chatting early in the morning.

the hotel is near multiple metro and bus stations. a bus stop is about five minutes away. i used the bus to visit the eiffel tower and louvre.

the staff was accommodating to my food allergies. one staff member, tej, provided excellent service! he was very attentive. the reception staff were very friendly and helpful
